Returns & Refunds Policy

At CRANACH, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to cancel an order or return an item. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds, ensuring a transparent and efficient process. Order Cancellation

We are pleased to accommodate order cancellations provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If your order is canceled, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method used. Kindly note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. To avoid any inconvenience, please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

How to Return an Item

- Await Authorization:
To begin the return process, please email us at support@cranachhome.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include any relevant photos if applicable.

- Initiate a Return Request:
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your item back until you receive our authorization.

Requirements for Return

1. The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival.
2. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. The item must be in the original packaging.
4. The item must be approved for return by CRANACH prior to sending. Any items returned without authorization will be subject to disposal and are ineligible for credit.

Return Fees

If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of our error, such as a damaged product or quality issue, CRANACH will bear the shipping expenses.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank. The time for the refund to arrive depends on your payment method, generally about 1-7 business days.
In the case of a rejected refund, we will provide a reason for the rejection and offer either a revised refund amount or an alternative solution. If you disagree with the rejection, please provide additional information for us to review the matter further.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged package, please retain the original packaging and take photos of both the package and the damaged product. Contact us at support@cranachhome.com or call +1 (888) 263-8999 within one week to report the issue. Our team will work to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

The scope of our return policy is limited to orders with purchase records on our official site. For purchases made through our authorized resellers, please contact them directly.
