Notification Disclaimer

You must notify CRANACH within 30 days of purchase if there are any issues related to the original order, including but not limited to:
- Missing parts from products (e.g., handles, screws, etc.)
- Missing products from the order
- Wrong products received
- Products damaged in transit
If you encounter any of these issues, contact CRANACH within 30 days from the date of purchase to make a claim. After 30 days, we will be unable to ship missing parts or products, replace lost products, or damaged products. However, your products will still be covered under the applicable CRANACH warranty for claims of defect under normal use. For more details on returns and refunds, please view our Return and Refund Policy

Finish Disclaimer

CRANACH offers several finishes, including special finishes that may vary slightly in brightness and tone due to the nature of the finishing processes. These variations are considered a feature rather than a defect. Special finishes, such as Oil Rubbed Bronze, will change over time and develop a unique patina. This dynamic nature is a feature and does not constitute a defect.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, accident, misuse, or abuse.
- Improper care and cleaning, including the use of abrasive cleaners, ammonia, bleach, acids, alcohol, solvents, or other products not recommended for metallic finishes.
- Labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs.

Special Finishes

Warranty does not apply to special or living finishes such as Oil Rubbed Bronze, Dark or Old Bronze, as these finishes will change over time. These items are warranted for functionality only.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
