For orders over $99, we offer free standard ground shipping, applicable to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S.

Special Areas and International Shipping

- For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-bridge-connected islands, as well as Canada, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact customer service for specific rates.

Delivery Carriers

The majority of orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. The choice of carrier will depend on the size and weight of the package, as well as the delivery location.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs can be viewed in the cart after entering the delivery postal code. The free shipping offer applies to standard ground shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Order Processing and Shipping Time

- Order Processing Time: We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). During high order volume periods, there may be delays.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. It may take one business day for the tracking number to become active. If you need a copy of your tracking information, please contact our customer service team using the email address associated with your order.
